If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned within 10 days for store credit or refund.
You may return a product for the following reasons:
1. You are not satisfied with its quality.
2. It does not fit.
3. It is different to the website description.
4. It is faulty.
We reserve the discretion to offer you a refund or to give you store credit.
Please note that we will only accept returns if:
1. Items cannot be worn, washed or altered in any way.
2. The original tags have not been removed; and
3. It is in its original box.
1. Access the "Contact Us" page.
2. Select "Returns" in "Subject Heading"dropdown menu.
3. Select the order reference(s) which you want to return the item(s).
4. Select the product(s) that you wish to return by checking the box next to its name(s).
5. Add an explanation and attach the images, in order for the customer service team to better understand why you want to return the product(s).
1. Please note that NO returns for Daily Special items.
2. Please note that we cannot accept returns for earrings or hair accessories.
3. We cannot accommodate exchanges at this time.
4. Returns which do not respect the conditions above or with missing or incomplete customs documentation will be refused and returned to the shipper.
After our customer service team has reviewed your request and verified that all of the conditions have been met, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
Refund times depend on the payment method used when purchasing:
Credit card: Refunds will appear on the client’s next billing statement after a minimum of 30 days from the date of the refund. Processing time may vary from Credit Card Company.
Paypal: Refunds will be refunded to the original account.
